183 on the dot

I’m like Delta Burke or worse, Kirstie Alley. One day I’m down some weight, the next day I’ve ballooned all the way back up. Holy Ho-Hos, I’m up to 183 from 182.6 just yesterday. Must have been that late night slice of bread. I’m such a fat piece of shit. I should torment myself for the rest of the day eating nothing but ice cubes and the dust bunnies I’m finding around the apartment. I’m monster.

  1. I could be water weight! Don’t beat yourself up. Weight loss is a lifestyle change. It takes time to learn new habits. Keep eating healthy and exercising and you will lose weight. Starving yourself is not going to lose it.


    • Ruth, thank you. I was only joking about the weight. It’s weird how weight can fluctuate a pound or two up and down from day to day. I’m sure a lot of it has to do with how much water the body is holding in. Still, I weigh myself everyday, more as a reminder than anything else.
